Jakarta Doodle Fest (JDF) is an IP festival that aims to highlight original characters and designs created by illustrators and designers. We bring design market, workshops and experience in Jakarta. This year, we will refresh the curation and expand to a new category. In addition, we are looking to add more experience and activations.

General
Jakarta Doodle Fest 2025 will run from Thursday, 2 October to Sunday, 5 October 2025.
Jakarta Doodle Fest 2025 akan diselenggarakan dari hari Kamis, 2 Oktober sampai Minggu, 5 Oktober 2025.
All booths must be open at the event’s opening time.
Seluruh booth wajib dibuka pada saat jam buka acara.
Official Jakarta Doodle Fest’s communication channels are through jakartadoodlefest@gmail.com and @tfr.news email, @jakartadoodlefest Instagram account, @jktdoodlefest TikTok account and our artist’s relation Farrah and Puji.

Registration
Jakarta Doodle Fest team will contact selected artists and brands through email and/or WhatsApp.
Tim Jakarta Doodle Fest akan menghubungi seniman dan brand yang terseleksi melalui email dan/atau WhatsApp.
Booth selection will be based on the order of registration.
Pemilihan booth akan berdasarkan urutan registrasi.
Submission has to include founder’s or artist’s profile picture (preferably in PNG), logo in PNG, artwork and/or products to be sold at Jakarta Doodle Fest.
Seluruh registrasi wajib menyertakan foto founder atau seniman, logo dalam bentuk PNG, karya dan/atau produk yang akan dijual di Jakarta Doodle Fest.
Artwork, characters, stories, product must be your own design. Fan art is not eligible.
Karya, karakter, cerita, produk wajib karya orisinal. Fan art tidak dapat diikutsertakan di Jakarta Doodle Fest.
Booth and layout
Updates on event layout will be shared to selected artists and brands (scroll down for layout).
Informasi terbaru mengenai layout acara akan dikomunikasikan kepada seniman dan brand yang terseleksi.
Each booth will receive 2A of electricity. Charges may incur for additional electrical capacity.
Tiap booth akan mendapatkan listrik sebesar 2 ampere. Tambahan biaya akan dikenakan apabila kebutuhan listrik bertambah.
Each booth will receive two event IDs.
Tiap booth akan mendapatkan dua ID event.
Additional ID will be charged Rp50,000.
Penambahan ID event dikenakan biaya Rp50.000.
Artists and brands are responsible for their own belongings.
Semua barang di booth merupakan tanggung jawab masing-masing seniman dan brand.
Sharing booth is allowed for maximum two artists or brands per booth with additional charge of Rp500,000.
Booth sharing hanya berlaku untuk dua brand atau seniman dalam 1 (satu) booth dengan tambahan biaya Rp500.000.
Display shelf
Display shelf is eligible for solo artist with artwork or products fewer than 10 SKUs.
Rak display terbuka bagi seniman pribadi dengan karya atau produk di bawah 10 kategori.
Sharing is prohibited at display shelf.
Rak display hanya untuk individu dan tidak bisa dibagi.
Checkout and sale will be handled by Jakarta Doodle Fest. Artist only display products during loading in and bring back products during loading out.
Pembayaran dan penjualan akan dilakukan oleh Jakarta Doodle Fest. Seniman hanya menata barang ketika loading in dan membawa barang ketika loading out.
Revenue will be transferred 5 (five) working days the latest after event is completed on 5 October 2025.
Hasil penjualan akan ditransfer maksimal 5 (lima) hari kerja setelah acara selesai diselenggarakan pada tanggal 5 Oktober 2025.
Artist to join loading in with other brands or artists.
Display produk atau karya dilakukan bersamaan dengan jadwal loading in.
Artwork and/or products from other cities or countries must be delivered 14 working days before event.
Pengiriman karya dan/atau produk dari luar kota atau negeri sampai di tujuan maksimal 14 hari kerja sebelum acara.
Display shelf will be prioritised for new artists.
Rak display akan lebih diprioritaskan untuk seniman baru.
Payment and cancellation
Payment must be completed within 30 days after receiving invoice.
Pembayaran dilakukan maksimal 30 hari setelah menerima invoice.
Spot is not reserved until payment is completed. If brands or artists miss the payment deadline, spot will be given to other brands or artists.
Reservasi booth akan dikonfirmasi setelah pembayaran dilakukan. Booth akan diberikan kepada brand atau seniman lain jika pembayaran tidak dilakukan dalam 14 hari.
Artists and brands who unilaterally cancel 30 days before the event (or under) are not eligible for refunds.
Pengembalian dana tidak berlaku untuk seniman dan brand yang membatalkan sepihak maksimal 30 hari sebelum acara.
Technicalities
Every artist and brand must attend the technical meeting before the event.
Seluruh seniman dan brand wajib mengikuti technical meeting sebelum acara.
All updates will be communicated through WhatsApp group from artist’s and tenant’s relation.
Seluruh informasi mengenai acara akan dikomunikasikan lewat WhatsApp group oleh relasi tenant dan seniman.
Force majeure
Jakarta Doodle Fest will move the event dates and/or venue if force majeure situations happen 30 days before the event. Force majeure situations include unilateral cancellation from venue without notice, natural disasters (earthquakes, flood, tsunami), public health crises (pandemic), war or civil unrest, terrorist attacks, government regulations that make the event impossible.
Tanggal dan/atau lokasi acara Jakarta Doodle Fest akan diubah jika situasi force majeure terjadi 30 hari sebelum acara. Situasi force majeure termasuk pembatalan sepihak lokasi acara tanpa pemberitahuan, bencana alam (gempa, banjir, tsunami), krisis kesehatan masyarakat (pandemi), perang atau rusuh, serangan teroris, peraturan pemerintah yang tidak memungkinkan untuk menyelenggarakan acara.
